Request a budget

The MedFlow+ is the advanced version of the MedFlow line, designed to operate as a high-precision flow scale in machines that process granular products. Unlike traditional scales installed across entire sectors, MedFlow+ works locally, enabling detailed control at critical points of production or product movement. Its compact design allows installation on existing structures without major modifications, and its construction prevents material buildup, meeting hygiene requirements and reducing maintenance costs.

The system uses a patented load cell, ensuring continuous, reliable measurements with excellent repeatability. The integrated electronic module enables remote access, web visualization, reporting, batch configuration, and software updates, as well as internal data logging for years of operation. For industrial integration, MedFlow+ offers connectivity through Modbus TCP or RS485 RTU, allowing communication with supervisory systems and corporate databases. Calibration is performed via the web interface using the standard weights included with the equipment.

Designed to deliver accuracy up to 99.8%, MedFlow+ includes the built-in Sigma module —responsible for the weighing operation— and runs on 110/220 VAC. Its operation is simple and robust, ideal for fine machine adjustment, continuous flow monitoring, and optimization of line efficiency.
