The TempKon was developed to accurately measure the temperature of the rice grain mass at the outlet of polishers and whiteners—critical points for quality control in processing. Temperature directly affects the physical integrity of the grain, industrial yield, and operational stability; therefore, continuous monitoring is essential to prevent overheating, unwanted variations, and losses in the process.
The digital sensor integrated into the TempKon offers 0.5 °C accuracy, ensuring stable and reliable readings. All measurements are automatically recorded in the Garten supervisory system’s history, enabling analysis, traceability, and correlation with other operational parameters. The device was designed to operate together with WhiteKon and PressKon, acting as part of the Garten Management System to provide a complete view of the thermal and mechanical behavior of the line.
With application exclusively within this ecosystem, TempKon integrates into the plant’s overall control, assisting in decision-making and contributing to process efficiency. It is a dedicated sensor designed for industrial use and aligned with modern automation and quality requirements.
