The Pulse Jet Master Control System from Garten was designed to intelligently manage the sequential activation of solenoid valves responsible for cleaning bag filters. Its programmable logic allows precise configuration of pulse times and intervals, activating the system only when needed and significantly reducing energy consumption. Control can be performed by differential pressure, scheduled time, or auxiliary input, offering flexibility for different operating conditions.

 

Operation can be carried out through a local HMI or external control, ensuring ease of use and seamless integration with automation systems. The equipment includes additional features such as programmable end-of-cycle pause, countdown interval control, and a dedicated output for triggering dust/residue discharge. It also includes an alarm for high pressure in the bag filter, enhancing safety and preventing process failures.

 

With Modbus RTU communication over RS485, the Pulse Jet Master integrates easily with SCADA systems, PLCs, and modern industrial platforms. Its IP66-rated construction ensures durability in harsh environments, while its 15 A relay outputs provide reliable activation of the solenoid valves. It is a robust, efficient, and essential solution for operations that require precise control of bag filter cleaning.
