The Garten Grain Fumigation Gate was developed to ensure an efficient, safe, and controlled fumigation process, preserving grain quality and optimizing the use of fumigating agents. Its hermetic seal prevents gas leakage during fumigation, ensuring treatment effectiveness and contributing to the high-performance elimination of pests and microorganisms.

The system can operate with pneumatic or electric actuation, providing precision and reliability during opening, closing, and flow control. This automation reduces manual intervention, increases operational safety, and allows direct integration with the plant’s automation system. After the process, the gate maintains both air and grain quality, ensuring food safety and stability in the final product.

In addition to its specific application in fumigation, Garten’s gate line includes models designed for different functions in grain processing, such as general flow control and operations in parboiled-rice tanks. The proportional version features an integrated control panel that receives automation commands for opening and closing according to production needs. Its construction includes two overlapping blades: the upper blade, pneumatically actuated, ensures immediate opening and closing — even in a power outage — while the lower, electrically actuated blade performs proportional flow adjustment.

With multiple opening options and reliable operation in industrial environments, the Grain Fumigation Gate offers efficiency, safety, and full compatibility with fumigation and processing routines.
