The WhitePRO was developed to make rice whiteness control a precise, standardized, and extremely simple process to perform. Portable and equipped with advanced technology, it allows operators to take consistent measurements and follow the procedure defined by supervision, ensuring that each machine in the line is adjusted within the required standard.

The sample is inserted into the internal compartment, where it can be mixed. By turning the device upside down and returning it to its original position, the WhitePRO detects the movement and automatically performs the reading. Each cycle generates three consecutive measurements, displayed on the screen with an indication of the current step. At the end, the device calculates and presents the average of the readings and only records the value when the whiteness is within the setpoint configured for the equipment in the line, preventing progression when the process is not within specification.

All interaction occurs through the built-in HMI and a multifunction button, making daily operation simple. Calibration is performed through the HMI and requires authorization from a supervisor connected to the network. The WhitePRO operates with a rechargeable Lithium-Polymer battery, offering up to 10 hours of autonomy, and uses induction charging with a USB-C base, ensuring practicality and mobility throughout the plant.

In addition to measuring whiteness, the device automatically stores data in its internal database, accessible only via supervisor password. The web interface, accessible from any Wi-Fi device, allows users to view history, configure parameters, enable calibration, and export reports in XLSX format. The WhitePRO also estimates the polishing level at each step of the line, providing even more refined process control.

With an accuracy of ±0.5 and easy integration into operational routines, the WhitePRO delivers standardization, error reduction, and total reliability in the adjustment of polishing and glazing machines.
