Portability and Convenience: The WhitePRO is a portable device that provides operators with ease of use during measurements.
Long Battery Life: Powered by rechargeable Lithium-Polymer batteries, the WhitePRO offers up to 10 hours of continuous use. Charging is done via induction using a USB-C charger, compatible with most smartphone chargers.
Simple and Intuitive Operation: The sample is placed in a dedicated compartment within the WhitePRO, allowing for material mixing. The device automatically performs the measurement when turned over and returned to its original position. The process is repeated three times for each sample, with an indication of the ongoing measurement.
User-Friendly Interface: The WhitePRO features an embedded HMI (Human-Machine Interface) and a multifunction button for operator interaction. Calibration is performed through the HMI and enabled by a supervisor via a network-connected computer.
Precise Whiteness Control: The WhitePRO displays the average of the three measurements and records the value only if the whiteness falls within the pre-defined limit for the equipment. The system prevents progression to the next machine in the line if the whiteness is not within the acceptable range, ensuring process quality.
Data Logging and Remote Access: The WhitePRO stores measurement data in an internal database, accessible via a supervisor password. The user interface for settings and historical data visualization can be accessed from any Wi-Fi-enabled device, such as smartphones, tablets, and computers.
Wi-Fi Connectivity: The WhitePRO can be connected to the client's Wi-Fi network for easy access. The web interface allows general and specific configurations, calibration enabling, and access to historical data in XLSX format.
