The York Plus Dual Bagging Scale from Garten was designed to increase the efficiency of bagging lines through two independent weighing compartments that operate in perfect synchronization. While one compartment performs the filling, the other discharges the product, keeping the process continuous and stable. This synchrony is ensured by a dual pneumatic gate developed by Garten, allowing quick and precise switching between operation cycles.

 

The York Plus allows adjustments for bags ranging from 15 kg to 60 kg and can also operate with pre-set quantities to fill big bags or containers, simply by configuring the desired volumes directly on the control panel. The touchscreen HMI interface simplifies operation, enabling the operator to set parameters, monitor the process in real time, and execute start or stop commands easily.

 

The scale delivers high precision, with a maximum variation of only 50 grams per bag, and integrates seamlessly with plant automation systems through industrial protocols such as Modbus TCP, Profinet, PROFIBUS DP, DeviceNet, or RS485. It can be connected to the internet for remote monitoring, software updates, maintenance, and calibration. In addition, it can generate reports in .xls and .pdf formats and store operational data internally for approximately forty days.

 

With electrical supply at 110/220 VAC, clean and dry compressed air at 7 bar (with a consumption of approximately 1200 L/min), and a robust industrial design, the York Plus Dual Bagging Scale stands out for its reliability, speed, and accuracy, maintaining consistent hourly capacity across different types of grains.
