The Garten Flow Scale is designed to perform high-accuracy cyclic weighing, allowing production flow control without interrupting operation. Its cyclical functioning ensures stability even in continuous processes, maintaining production efficiency while dosing and recording each stage with industrial-grade reliability. The internal design minimizes wear areas and prevents material buildup, meeting strict hygiene requirements and reducing maintenance costs.

The SIGMA control system, developed by Garten, ensures 99.8% accuracy with robust operation and a simple interface. The scale includes its own web connection for data visualization, graph generation, and PDF export, as well as enabling remote batch configuration and detailed monitoring. The native internal database stores information for years of operation and can connect to external databases, ensuring security and traceability.

With industrial connectivity through Ethernet (OPC UA and Modbus TCP) and compatibility with supervisory and corporate systems, the scale integrates easily into existing automation. Calibration is performed through the web interface using the standard weights supplied with the equipment. The structure is composed of three modules — inlet, weighing, and outlet — ensuring mechanical reliability and easy maintenance. Designed to operate with clean, dry compressed air at 100 psi (6.9 bar) and 110/220 VAC power supply, the Flow Scale fully meets the demands of continuous and hygienic industrial processes.
