The Garten Belt Scale was developed to deliver precise weighing in areas where available height is limited, such as shipping sectors, bulk loading operations, and the unloading of silos, storage units, trucks, or railcars. Its integrated design enables weighing without interference from roller or belt wear, ensuring stable results even during continuous operations.
The operator sets the desired weight directly on the control panel, and the scale automatically performs the loading or unloading process. Once the programmed value is reached, the system precisely stops the flow, ensuring uniformity and reducing losses. Operation can be performed locally via the HMI or integrated into existing automation through Modbus RTU RS485. Data can also be viewed in supervisory systems using Modbus TCP over Ethernet, with full compatibility for integration into corporate databases.
With 98% accuracy and complete connectivity, the Belt Scale provides high efficiency, operational control, and process traceability. Its control panel includes industrial inputs and outputs — hold, stop, remote start, alarms, and discharge pulses — enabling full integration with shipping, receiving, and inventory automation systems. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it operates on 220/380 VAC three-phase power and follows technical standards for reliability and durability.
